Add-on · People research

Prospect and account research. ICP-anchored. Citations required.

Structured research on target accounts and prospects, anchored to your ICP definition, returning source citations with every claim. Feeds Sales Wizard's next-best-action queue and Marketing Wizard's segment research.

What it does

People-research is a cross-cutting research module: a Sales rep asks for a brief on a new inbound account, a Marketing Wizard asks for the segment profile of a proposed ICP expansion, a Leader asks for the competitive posture of a set of named logos. In every case the output is structured (account overview, key people, buying signals, incumbent tools, recent moves) with source citations on every claim.

Why it ships as an add-on

Research is expensive — both in compute and in source-data cost. Not every tenant needs it on day one. People-research runs as an entitlement delta, priced separately, so tenants who already have a research function can opt in later.

Status

In architecture. Ships with Wizard GA. Beta tenants see the Sales-Wizard inline-research surface at onboarding; the standalone people-research add-on follows shortly after.

Design reference

The architectural pattern follows the Warden OS people-researcher skill — cross-cutting research module, citation-first output, ICP-anchored prompting, HITL gate before publishing to any customer-facing surface.
